The law graduates in the Pink City are making their presence felt in the American corridors of law. ''Basically it's good for young lawyers. If a fresher passes out of college, he gets a handsome amount and he can work for 5-8 hours a day. So the potential is very high. Currently, the industry is worth 2.5 billion rupees and by 2010 it may rise to 200-250 billion dollars, which is a very huge potential,'' says Ajay Shukla, a lawyer. It is predicted that by 2010, India is slated to receive 60 per cent of legal jobs outsourced by the US. Now that's what we call a lawful entry.
